Where tradition is served daily; Mid-Wests authentic Ethiopian cuisine. You can enjoy classics Ethiopian food like Doro Wat, which is lemon-marinated chicken stewed in berbere (Hot) sauce and served with onions, garlic, and ginger.
COFFEE IS PART OF OUR TRADITIONS !! Awash Ethiopian Restaurant imports direct from Ethiopia and roast and serve our own Ethiopian coffee beans.
